Agbonija Usecase.

A design of a content management system where users can manage content across various screens or billboards in which i helped create an almost easy to use platform.

Existing Problems

At the start of the project the client had no platform to manage the content they owned across various billboards/Media screen and i was called on to design such a system.

Audience

Businesses or individuals in need of a C.M.S.

Role and Scope

The project timeline to design was 5 days, user requirements were already gathered beforehand in which i played the role of the lead and only designer working during office hours and at home to deliver on time.

Design Process

What’s my design process?…haha (:, alright here i go.

  1. User research/Competition research (In this case, User requirements were gathered and given to me as a usecase document.
  2. Look up designs and create a moodboard.
  3. Immediately create sketches to get in the vibe thereby activating de and sign furnace.
  4. Leave it for a while to settle, yunno focus and diffusion – gotten from a mind for numbers(Thanks Barbara).
  5. Reiterate on designs till i’m okay with it…sometimes Perfectionism won’t let me be great.
  6. Submit for corrections (Which are usually minor, thanks perfectionism)
  7. Fix corrections after which the design is handed over to the developers.
